The 20th Annual “Out of the Mouth of Jazz Music Series, The Satin Doll Revue.” Featuring songs from the late jazz greats, musical songbooks’ of Etta James performed by Detroit Music Award winning Empress of Blues Vocalist, Tosha Owens, Nina Simone performed by Detroit Black Music Award R&B/Jazz Vocalist, Faye Bradford, Billie Holiday performed by 11 time Detroit Music Award Vocalist, Sky Covington, Multi- Award winner and world renowned recording artist, Queen of Blues Thornetta Davis. With Narrator Carmen Mcrae performed by respected vocalist, Lady Love. Please be ready to go back in time. This amazing show is also a history lesson.
