Many believe that Metro Detroit is one of the most romantic places in the world and it certainly is a very beautiful place, ideal for a romantic holiday for two. Sunday the  February 14th being St. Valentine’s Day and all, here is a list of ideas of things  in Metro Detroit.

1. Start  Valentine’s Day with a little something sweet, visit  one of the 8 Sander’s Candy locations and load up on chocolate or candy. They have something for everyone.

If you are not scared of heights,  have dinner at Coach Insignia.  This contemporary steak house offers breathtaking views from the top of the GM Renaissance Center and features elegantly delicious cuisine and a world-class wine list (one of Michigan’s largest) to accompany the panoramic view of Detroit and Windsor.
