Hundreds of exhibiting makers are expected to participate, offering dozens of demonstrations and hands-on workshops for anyone — child or adult — who still has a sense of adventure. NEW! For the seventh annual event, the giant fighting robot from Team USA comes to life as MegaBots heads to Maker Faire® Detroit to battle it out. A shuttle service sponsored by the University  of Michigan-Dearborn will also be available at its Fairlane campus at 19000 Hubbard Dr. in Dearborn.
