All American Cruise

All American Wayne Road Cruise: What else would the tenth largest city in Michigan need. But a top notch car cruise. This year as Westland celebrates it’s 50th Anniversary as a city, the Wayne Road Cruise has added to multiple events to Celebrate the milestone.

Travel down 4.6 Miles of road, through the middle of the commercial district past one of Michigan’s Premier shopping malls, Westland Mall. Classic cars and hot rods line the streets. And join in at different locations along the way. Including the Wayne Ford Civic League on Wayne Road, just south of Ford Road where you can find vendors selling food and auto collectible goodies. And then stop in for an evening of fun and a free drive in movie. Showing Speed Racer on a 55 foot movie screen!

Then for the Historical Buff in us all. Drop by the Westland Historic Village and check out some of the old cars and even a few single cylinder cars. Visit the Eloise Museum display and check out the model t fire truck.
