One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. Winner will be notified by email, Facebook or Twitter. The winner will then have 48 hours to respond or another winner will be selected.

The Blogs are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. The Blogs are not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. In the event the Sponsor or the Released Entities are prevented from continuing with this Giveaway, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Giveaway is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order of regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s or the Released Entities’ control (each a “Force Majeure” event) the Sponsor and the Released Entities shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Giveaway without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor or the Released Entities, in their discretion, elect to abbreviate, cancel or terminate the Giveaway as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor and the Released Entities reserve the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the prize from among all valid Entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.
